    Standard lead times depend on scope, but because of our automated panel handling we typically handle high-volume runs and can process up to 150 sheets per day — small jobs often ship in 3–7 business days; larger projects quoted per schedule. (Lead times vary by season and finish requirements.)

    We offer edge banding and finish preparation (sanding, paint-ready). Full painting is available through partner finishers or we can subcontract. We supply paint-ready doors or coordinate full finishing per project needs.

    We offer install support and can coordinate trusted installers, but full installation is available as an add-on in certain projects — please request at quoting.

    1 year on manufactured goods and 2 years on supplied hardware (terms apply).

    MDF, plywood, hardwood, acrylic, poly, foam and select ferrous metals depending on tooling and part geometry.

    Yes — we manufacture custom MDF door profiles and can create new profiles to match existing stock or custom designs (see MDF Door section below).

    Yes. Our production flow, labeling and kit delivery are designed to scale for multiple-site rollouts or large commercial builds.
